CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Each piece is packaged in our Heilo pouch, specifically designed to keep your jewelry protected and organized when not being worn. We recommend storing your purchased pieces in this provided pouch which also includes a cloth to be used for cleaning as needed.
We advise our customers to avoid exposing jewelry to sweat, water, cleaning solvents, or other chemicals as it may damage the jewelry and alter its appearance over time, thus shortening its lifespan.
14K GOLD
When we were choosing what gold we would plate our pieces in, the choice was simple, it had to be 14k gold. 14k gold is scratch and tarnish resistant and gives that perfectly brilliant honey-toned luster and shine. That being said, we couldn’t resist creating beautiful pink-toned 14k rose gold pieces as well.
RHODIUM
Our silver is rhodium plated. Rhodium is hard (aka scratch and corrosion resistant), highly reflective, and resistant to tarnishing. Enough said.
GEMSTONES
We love gemstones. Our selection of semi-precious stones runs the gamut from moonstone to labradorite to turquoise and the list goes on. A popular design you will see in our pieces is the rose cut gem, for that classically vintage appeal.
