Where is Heilo Jewelry based?

Heilo Jewelry HQ is located in the Bay Area, California, but we operate out of our Taiwan office as well. 

Why should I make an account?

Making an account is completely optional! having an account on Heilojewelry.com will simply allow you to access your order history and make the process faster the next time you decide to order with us 

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, JCB, Paypal

Notice: Debit card payments will not be processed!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out on business days (Monday through Friday) and are typically fulfilled within 2-3 days of the order being placed. When the order has been shipped customers will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email attached to the order. 

What Is the Return Policy? 

Please click here visit our return policy page which details all of the return eligibility requirements as well as any other info needed to complete a return. 

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be easily canceled as long as they have not already been shipped out. Email info@heilojewelry with your request with the subject:ORDER CANCELATION REQUEST and our team will get back to you. 

How do I know if my order has been canceled?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the original order when the cancelation has been successfully processed
